Wednesday, August 8th

I woke up early to get a little pre-practice workout done. The ball usually feels really weird the first practice when I haven't touched a ball in three days because of traveling. This go around I didn't want that. I'm excited to warm up for our first practice today and see how the ball feels. I wasn't able to get in a gym but I was determined to find a way to do what I could on those travel days. Hopefully doing the off the wall shots these past couple days will keep me connected with the ball.

We are finally at the site in Rio and with two practices tomorrow I didn't want to take a day off.
