Training Tip # 7 goes over some of the basic types of layups. Being able to finish at less than ideal angles or speeds can be crucial to the outcome of the game. Paul goes over the most basic ones he works on. If you're looking for a way to help your team, practice all of these until they're automatic. It'll pay off!!!

Paul Schulte's training tip #6. Ball handling is a skill that separates a lot of players in our sport. It is so important for every junior, no matter how old they are, to start learning these moves. The ones we cover this time are the basic pull-and-push, then two basic moves with momentum. As you watch game film on our site, see if you can pick out some of these techniques!
